Lisa Patton has more than 26 years of progressive experience in transportation and finance including fiscal contingency planning, financial forecasting, treasury management, capital planning and budgeting. Her experience includes leadership roles within private companies and public agencies. Ms. Patton has the distinction of having provided executive financial leadership to Long Beach Transit through the recession without laying off a single employee.
