Karen D. Hill

Karen D. Hill, an accomplished Human Resources executive. As the VP, Human Resources for Otis College of Art and Design, she is leading culture transformation efforts and directing comprehensive short-term and long-range human capital strategies. Karen holds an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management, UCLA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation and has completed the Center for Creative Leadership executive program. In addition, she has a certification in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
