At Angels Gate Cultural Center (AGCC), we believe that when the arts are truly accessible and culturally inclusive, they are a catalyst for community belonging and real change.
Right now, our immigrant communities — including many artists and neighbors — are facing growing fear and uncertainty. As a cultural home for creativity and community, we want to be clear:
We stand with our immigrant community.
We celebrate the artistic and cultural contributions that immigrants offer daily. Their efforts contribute to a more vibrant and inclusive Los Angeles, and our creative community relies on them for its existence.
We support peaceful protests.
Art has always been a powerful force in social movements. We stand with those raising their voices and using creative expression as resistance.
We’re committed to being a safe space.
Now and always, AGCC remains a space for all voices to be heard and celebrated. If you or someone you know needs support, please share the resources below.
