Saturday, January 15, 20221:00 PM – 2:30 PM PDTAngels Gate Cultural Center will be holding ourJanuary Family Art Workshop ONLY on Zoom!Event begins promptly at 1pm – please be sure to be on Zoom by that time.This month, join Artist-Teacher Amanda Parsons in a mixed-media workshop! For the first workshop of the year, we are creating mixed media family portraits. We’ll be working with a variety of materials, including watercolors, pastels, and collage. Gather photos and anything else you’d like to use to make a portrait that’s unique and personal to your family!Materials Suggested:-Watercolor paper or card stock for your background-Watercolor paints, brush, and small cup of water-Pastels, markers, colored pencils, or crayons-Colored paper, magazine clippings, photographs, or other material for collage (optional)-GlueRegister on eventbrite, and you will receive the Zoom link prior to the event.Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Questions? Email colleen@angelsgateart.orgThis event is brought to you through generous support from the California Arts Council.
