Situated on the bluffs in Angels Gate Park, Angels Gate Cultural Center (AGCC) has provided studio space to artists living in Los Angeles and Orange County for nearly thirty years. Guided by the mission to unite art, community and culture through creative discovery, exploration and enlightenment, we offer studio space to artists from all artistic disciplines at below market rates. Over the years, Angels Gate Cultural Center has created a supportive and nurturing community for artists to be creative and focus on their practice.
The studios are all located in historic 1940’s military structures and range in size from 130 square feet to 1000 square feet. Currently, we offer three-year lease residencies with three-year extensions that may be granted based on a review of an artist’s extension application.
